<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the character education values contained in the novel Bu, Tidak Ada Teman Menangis Malam Ini by Boy Candra and analyze their relevance to adolescent character formation. This novel depicts the main character’s struggles with grief and the need for emotional support, reflecting the reality of today’s youth who frequently experience crises of self-confidence, lack of family attention, and social pressures amidst digital technological development. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through reading and note-taking techniques. Data consist of dialogues, narratives, and character actions in the novel. Analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results reveal five dominant character education values in the novel: religiosity, honesty, independence, responsibility, and social care. These values are strongly relevant to adolescent character formation, particularly in shaping moral attitudes, self-reliance, and social empathy in the digital era. This study implies that novels can serve as an effective medium for character education in instilling moral values and forming positive adolescent personalities.]]>
