<![CDATA[This study was conducted with teachers and educational staff at SMK Negeri 3 Kuningan. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of ISO certification planning, organizational commitment, and procedure implementation on school performance. The population in this study consisted of 173 respondents. Data collection methods used questionnaires, and the data analysis technique applied was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the tests indicate that ISO certification planning, organizational commitment, and procedure implementation have a positive and significant effect on school performance. Additionally, ISO certification planning positively and significantly influences school performance, organizational commitment positively and significantly influences school performance, and procedure implementation positively and significantly impacts school performance.]]>
