Child development is an important process in forming a child's personality, abilities and life values. Early childhood education (PAUD) is a level of education before basic education which is a coaching effort given to children from birth to 6 years of age. The aim of this research is to find out how moral and religious values ​​develop in early childhood. This research is a literature study using qualitative methods, data collection. By using reference sources sought from books and articles that have been published, the role of parents, teachers and the community in fostering religion and morals in early childhood is carried out through simulations or educational stimulation to help physical and spiritual growth and development so that they have readiness to enter further education, which is carried out in formal, informal and non-formal channels.
