<![CDATA[This Journal examines the role of instructional leadership and data-driven decision-making in the context of Islamic education. Instructional leadership emphasizes efforts to improve the quality of teaching through empowering educators, effective supervision, and fostering a conducive learning environment. Decision-making, as a critical element of leadership, is analyzed through internal and external aspects, involving a systematic process to achieve effective and equitable solutions. The paper highlights the importance of school principals as educators, managers, administrators, innovators, and motivators in ensuring educational success. Moreover, decision-making based on Islamic values is emphasized as an approach that prioritizes justice and ethics. This study is grounded in library research using a qualitative descriptive approach to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the management of Islamic education.]]>
