The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the Language Class Program at MTs Plus Al-Fath Trucuk, particularly in addressing students’ limited speaking proficiency and weak language environment. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results show that the program, conducted twice a week, applies communicative strategies such as dialogue practice, role play, and digital media integration. The program successfully improves students’ fluency, confidence, and oral participation. However, several obstacles remain, including limited active vocabulary, fear of making mistakes, and lack of Arabic exposure outside the classroom. Overall, the program is effective but requires stronger language environment support.
