The dynamics of the printing industry require companies to optimize human resources quality to maintain productivity. This quantitative associative research aims to examine the impact of leadership and motivation on employee performance at Digital Printing Bali Stars Sesetan. Through a saturation sampling technique, the researcher extracted the entire population of 37 employees as respondents. Data collection relied on Likert-scale questionnaires processed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Mathematical findings prove that managerial leadership capabilities exert a positive and significant influence on staff performance enhancement. Work motivation also empirically triggers productivity positively and significantly. Simultaneous testing confirms that the combination of effective leadership and consistent motivation contributes 53.8% to the fluctuation in employee performance. Leaders are advised to intensify instruction communication, regularize achievement bonuses, and tighten operational supervision to boost the attainment of organizational quality standards.
