This study aims to evaluate the impact of price and trust on the decision to use Indrive online transportation services in Manado City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a focus on users who have used Indrive services as a population. The sampling technique was carried out by Non-Probability Sampling, and the number of respondents involved in this study was 97 people. For data analysis, this study will apply the coefficient of determination (R2), as well as the T test and F test to test the proposed hypothesis. In addition, the multiple linear regression method will be used, along with validity and reliability tests, and normality tests to ensure the reliability and validity of the data obtained. The purpose of this study is to identify the significant effect of price and trust on the decision to use Indrive online transportation services in Manado City. Based on the results of statistical tests, the price variable shows a significant influence on the decision to use Indrive online transportation services in Manado City. Conversely, the trust variable does not have a significant influence on usage decisions. The simultaneous F test indicates that price and trust together have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use Indrive services in Manado City. Therefore, it can be concluded that price and trust together have an influence on usage decisions but trust individually has no significant effect on Indrive service user decisions.
