Investment plays a crucial role in the context of the economy and business. Advancements in financial technology have led to the emergence of various investment applications that facilitate public participation in investments. In Indonesia, the Bibit application has become one of the most popular ones. However, there is still a portion of the population reluctant to invest for various reasons, including a lack of motivation, the perception that investing is complex, and other factors. The Bibit application has provided quality services for those who wish to embark on their investment journey. This research aims to examine the influence of three factors: information quality, system quality, and service quality on the usage of the Bibit application. The research sample comprises 100 respondents from Depok City, and data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software version 26. The results of this research indicate a significant partial influence of information quality and service quality on the usage of the Bibit application. Collectively, information quality, system quality, and service quality significantly influence the usage of the Bibit application.
