This study is to investigate the impact of promotion as a moderating variable in enhancing the effect of GoFood service utilization on revenue growth of Gojek partner MSMEs in Beji Subdistrict. This study employs primary and secondary data collection methods in a quantitative manner. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using an inner model, an outer model, and bootstrapping testing was used to analyze the data. The research population is unknown, while the sample size is 100 respondents who are GoFood service users, determined using the Lameshow formula. Data testing and analysis were performed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results show that the use of GoFood services has a positive impact on MSME revenue growth, with a t-value of 5.495, which exceeds the t-table value of 1.96, and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. However, promotion as a moderating variable does not significantly strengthen the effect of GoFood service usage on MSME revenue, with a t-value of 1.532, which is less than the t-table value of 1.96, and a significance level of 0.126, which is greater than 0.05. Therefore, the hypothesis that promotion can moderate the effect of GoFood service usage on MSME revenue growth is rejected.
