This study aims to analyze the risks that may arise in the procurement process of heavy equipment at PT Badak Prima Lestari. The study uses a qualitative method to identify risks, with data collected through surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, historical information, and SWOT analysis. The variables studied include the types of risks related to regulations, shipments, and product damage, as well as the financial, operational, and strategic impacts of each risk. The indicators used in this study include the likelihood and severity of each risk, which are then analyzed using a risk matrix to determine the risk level. The results show that most of the risks are categorized as moderate risks, except for the risk of delays due to bad weather, which is categorized as high risk. The company is advised to implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies based on the characteristics of each risk, such as risk transfer, risk avoidance, and risk reduction for risks that cannot be fully controlled, in order to create a resilient and adaptive business process in response to uncertainty.
