The growing elderly population poses a global public health challenge, with the World Health Organization reporting a 14.1% prevalence of emotional and mental disorders in older adults. This condition potentially reduces their physical, psychological, social, and environmental quality of life. The Sekolah Lansia Berdaya (SIDAYA) program was developed as a community-based intervention to address this issue. This study aims to analyze quality of life differences between elderly participants and non-participants of the SIDAYA program in Meureubo Subdistrict, West Aceh Regency. This quantitative study with a comparative cross-sectional design involved 44 respondents selected via purposive sampling across two study sites: Pasi Pinang Village and Peunaga Rayeuk Village. Data were collected through interviews using the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire and analyzed using the Independent Samples t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, and multiple linear regression. The results showed significant differences in physical (P=0.008), psychological (P=0.005), social (P=0.025), environmental (P=0.000) domains, and total quality of life scores (P=0.000) between the SIDAYA participants and non-participants. Multivariate analysis confirmed that SIDAYA participation was significantly associated with higher quality of life (P=0.009). The SIDAYA program group scored significantly higher across all WHOQOL-BREF domains than the non-participants
