Advances in FDM-based 3D Printer technology must be made, especially in creating models that can be used to meet various needs. This research is a continuation of previous research that has produced a special design of the FDM-based CoreXY 3D Printer, which requires further development in design and process optimization to achieve optimal working parameters. Data collection carried out in this study was by the Design of Experiment method. The type of DoE method used is full factorial design, this type is a method that combines all levels of several factors tested. Factors are the main research variables, namely layer thickness and print speed. Furthermore, determine several levels that will be tested on each factor. The results show that the minimum shrinkage value and smooth and flawless results were produced in the 3rd experiment so the printing process with a layer thickness parameter of 0.1 mm with a printing speed of 60 mm/minute is the most appropriate parameter to produce the best print results.
