Background: Pharmaceutical services are a crucial component of improving the quality of patient-focused healthcare services. The quality of pharmaceutical services plays a key role in determining patient satisfaction levels, a measure of the success of healthcare services. Purpose: To analyze the relationship between the quality of pharmaceutical services and outpatient satisfaction. Method: This study used a quantitative approach. Evaluation of service quality at the Hanis Clinic used five dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy (tangible evidence). The sample consisted of 100 outpatient respondents who received pharmaceutical services, with questionnaires scored on a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test to assess the relationship between satisfaction levels and the quality of pharmaceutical services. Results: The quality of pharmaceutical services provided was mostly good at 53%, very good at 8%, quite good at 26%, not good at 9% and very bad at 4%, while in terms of patient satisfaction, it was found that 42% felt satisfied with the services provided, 10% were very satisfied, 36% were quite satisfied, 7% felt dissatisfied, and 5% felt very dissatisfied. Conclusion: The results of the correlation test of the two variables using chi-square obtained a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). There is a relationship between the quality of pharmaceutical services and patient satisfaction. Keywords: Outpatients; Patients Satisfaction; Pharmacy Services.
