This study aims to describe the process of developing 4C competencies (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication) through the implementation of a hybrid learning module supported by a local Learning Management System (LMS) within the IPAS subject at Vocational High Schools (SMK). The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques encompassing learning process observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of learning activities recorded in the LMS. Empirical findings indicate that the implementation of the local LMS-based hybrid learning module provides a significant impact on the development of students' 4C competencies. Specifically, students demonstrated improvements in critical thinking regarding problem analysis, creativity in digital material production, collaboration within organized groups, and more effective oral and written communication. These findings confirm that the local LMS holds strategic potential as a support for hybrid learning that aligns with the context of vocational education and the demands of 21st-century skills in the SMK environment.
