The increasing elderly population leads to physiological and psychological changes, particularly in cognitive and psychosocial functions, which may impact their quality of life. This study aims to determine the relationship between cognitive function and psychosocial status with the quality of life among the elderly at PSTW Pakem, Yogyakarta. To determine the relationship between cognitive function and psychosocial status with the quality of life among the elderly at PSTW Pakem, Yogyakarta. This study used a correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected from 30 elderly respondents using questionnaires and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed a significant relationship between cognitive function and quality of life (p=0.001) and a significant relationship between psychosocial status and quality of life (p=0.003). Most respondents with normal cognitive function and good psychosocial status reported a higher quality of life. There is a significant relationship between cognitive function and psychosocial status with the quality of life of the elderly. Maintaining mental and social health is essential to ensure a better quality of life in old age.
