The objective of this community service activity was to demonstrate that Ergo-ethno-tourism training and mentoring could improve the health quality and productivity of crystal guava farmers in Bunutin Marga Village. A quasi-experimental method was employed, utilizing a post-test-only group design (treatment-by-subject design). The activities began with problem identification, followed by the prioritization of issues and the formulation of a proposed solution: Ergo-ethno-tourism training and mentoring. This solution served as the intervention for the activity. Improvements in health quality were assessed based on physiological conditions, specifically fatigue levels and musculoskeletal complaints. Productivity was measured through time management and work target achievement, as well as the integration of harvest production quantity with tourism sector development. The collected data underwent descriptive analysis to determine percentage changes, followed by a paired t-test, as the data followed a normal distribution at a 5% significance level. The results showed: (1) an improvement in health quality, evidenced by a 33.19% reduction in fatigue and a 30.17% reduction in musculoskeletal complaints; and (2) a 50.88% increase in production quantity. In conclusion, Ergo-ethno-tourism training and mentoring can enhance the health quality and productivity of crystal guava farmers in Bunutin Village.
