Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui posisi dan sikap kerja yang tidak fisiologis dapat meningkatkan kelelahan dan muskuloskeletal pematung. Penelitian ini berupa eksperimental lapangan (field experimental) dengan rancangan randomized pre and post test group design, dilakukan penilaian berupa: (a) peningkatan kelelahan pematung akibat posisi dan sikap kerja yang tidak fisiologis yang didata dengan 30 items of rating scale of general fatigue dan (b) peningkatan keluhan muskuloskeletal pematung akibat posisi dan sikap kerja yang tidak fisiologis yang didata dengan kuesioner Nordic Body Map. Pendataan dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah kerja terhadap 22 sampel selama 3 (tiga) hari. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji t-paired pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kelelahan sebesar 43,62% dan keluhan muskuloskeletal sebesar 31,58% (p < 0,05). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa posisi dan sikap kerja yang tidak fisiologis meningkatkan kelelahan dan keluhan muskuloskeletal pematung. Abstract

Jaja sengait adalah jajan yang berbahan baku ubi jalar dan diolah menggunakan gula merah. Pekerja memotong ubi jalar menggunakan mesin dengan bantuan tenaga otot dengan posisi kerja statis ± 2 jam serta waktu kerja yang cukup lama ± 8 jam dengan melakukan proses produksi yaitu mencetak jajan dalam keadaan panas. Kondisi tersebut tanpa disadari dapat membentuk budaya kerja yang kurang sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaplikasikan dan membuktikan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Ergo-entrepreneurship dapat mengurangi kelelahan serta meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan produktivitas. Penelitian ini adalah eksperimental semu (quasi experimental) dengan model rancangan sama subjek (treatment by subject design) serta pola pre and posttest group design, penilaian dilakukan dengan dilakukan penilaian berupa: (a) kuesioner 30 Items of Rating Scale untuk mengetahui indikator kelelahan; (b) kuesioner motivasi kerja digunakan untuk mendata indikator motivasi kerja; serta (c) produk jaja sengait yang dihasilkan selama bekerja dibagi dengan denyut nadi dan dikalikan dengan waktu kerja. Pendataan dilakukan pada periode I dan II yaitu sebelum dan sesudah kerja dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 sampel. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji t-paired pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Ergo-entrepreneurship mengurangi kelelahan sebesar 24,62%, meningkatkan motivasi kerja sebesar 63,23%, dan meningkatkan produktivitas sebesar 61,58%. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Ergo-entrepreneurship dapat mengurangi kelelahan dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja serta produktivitas pembuat jaja sengait.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reduce musculoskeletal disorders, work stress, and increase productivity of workers piranti upakara makers by work mechanism improvement using ergonomic work oriented. Through a quasi-experimental using treatment by subject design and randomized pre and post-test group design assessed: (a) improvement mechanism of work oriented by ergonomic reducing musculoskeletal disorders, was recorded by Nordic Body Map Questionnaire; (b) improvement mechanism of work oriented by ergonomic reducing work stress, was recorded by Work Stress Questionnaire; (c) improvement mechanism of work oriented by ergonomic increase the productivity of workers, assessed by output (product produced) divided by input (pulse) multiplied by time. Data collection was done at 10 (ten) days before and after working, in Period I and Period II on 14 samples. Data obtained were analyzed using paired t-test at a significance level of 5%. The result showed that improvement mechanism of work oriented by ergonomic, reducing musculoskeletal disorders of workers to 44.45%, reducing the work stress of workers to 29.90%, and increasing productivity of workers to 53.93%. It can be concluded that improvement mechanism of work oriented by ergonomic reducing musculoskeletal disorders, work stress, and improving productivity of workers piranti upakara makers.

Abstract

Home industry has an important role in Indonesia economy. Home industry of making piranti upakara generally works in groups. The owners of the piranti upakara lay off their workers because existence of health protocols that limit the number of crowds. The piranti upakara workers change professions or become unemployed caused laid-off. The purpose of research is to decrease boredom, work stress, and increase the entrepreneurial attitudes of workers to prove and implement ergo-entrepreneurship with participatory approach. The research by quasi experimental with the treatment by subject design and randomized posttest only group design assessed: (a) implementation of ergo-entrepreneurship with partisipatory approach reducing boredom, was recorded by Boredom Questionnaire; (b) implementation of ergo-entrepreneurship with partisipatory approach decrease work stress recorded by Work Stress Questionnaire; (c) implementation of ergo-entrepreneurship with participatory approach increase the entrepreneurial attitudes, assessed by Entrepreneurial Attitudes Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by paired t-test at a significance level of 5%. The result are: (a) implementation of ergo-entrepreneurship with partisipatory approach, reducing boredom of worker to 40,31%; (b) reducing work stress of workers to 26,88%; (c) increase the entrepreneurial attitudes of workers to 45,13%. It concluded that implementation of ergo-entrepreneurship with partisipatory approach reducing boredom, work stress, and improving entrepreneurial attitudes of workers piranti upakara makers.

Abstract

The progress in bioink materials and 3D bioprinting techniques has created new opportunities in tissue engineering. The goal is to develop cellular implants that closely resemble native tissues in structure, function, and microenvironment, addressing challenges such as nutrient transport and mechanical support for tissue regeneration. This literature review evaluates current trends in bioink development and 3D bioprinting methodologies, assessing their effectiveness for enhancing tissue-engineered constructs for clinical applications. Recent studies were comprehensively analyzed, focusing on novel bioink formulations, optimization of 3D bioprinting processes, and evaluate on of printed constructs' mechanical and biological properties. Various fabrication techniques and their implications for tissue integration were examined. The review shows significant progress in bioink compositions that enhance cell viability and nutrient diffusion within printed scaffolds. Constructs demonstrated improved mechanical properties and biological functionality, enabling better integration with host tissues. In vivo studies highlighted the potential of these bioprinted tissues to support cellular activity and regeneration, signifying significant advancements in clinical viability. The findings emphasize the crucial role of bioink materials and bioprinting technology in advancing tissue engineering. Continual innovation in bioink formulation and printing techniques is essential to overcome current limitations and achieve widespread clinical application. Future research should focus on personalized bioink development and expanding the range of tissues that can be effectively engineered, ultimately improving patient outcomes in regenerative medicine.

Abstract

The covid-19 outbreak has an impact on all aspects of the lives of the elderly, including their psychosocial conditions. These psychosocial problems have an impact on increasing stress and decreasing fitness. The specific aim of research is to know and implement trekking based Tri Mandala decrease stress and increase fitness of elderly. The specific aim of research is to know and implement trekking based Tri Mandala decrease stress and increase fitness of elderly. Through a quasi experimental with the same subject design (treatment by subject design) and randomized posttest only group design assessed trekking based Tri Mandala training to reducing stress was recorded by Stress Questionnaire and improve fitness was recorded by rockspot method. The data obtained were analyzed by paired t-test at a significance level of 5%. The result showed that, trekking based Tri Mandala training reducing stress of eldery to 13,54% and increase fitness of eldery to 42,08%. It concluded that trekking based Tri Mandala training reduce stress and improve the fitness of elderly.

Abstract

The home industry that is developing in Sading village is the sengait jaja industry. This is due to the large number of requests and relatively cheap prices. Ergonomics analysis is needed to create safe, comfortable, healthy working conditions, so as to create effective work activities and can increase productivity. The method used in this research is descriptive with observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study were analyzed descriptively with an ergonomic approach. The results of this study are the occurrence of repetitive movements, bad working posture, static working positions, extreme temperatures and work stress in workers who make jaja sengait. From the results of this analysis it can be suggested by (a) redesigning the work station; (b) adapting work facilities to anthropometry and types of work, so that work attitudes can be more ergonomic; (c) work environment and carrying out exercise actions in between breaks to reduce musculoskeletal disorders, fatigue and can reduce boredom at work so that productivity increases.
