In contemporary Muslim societies, religious practices are increasingly expected to contribute not only to individual piety but also to broader social and economic development. This study examines the role of Hajj, waqf, and zakat in strengthening spiritual resilience and enhancing community welfare. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, focusing on the implementation and management of Hajj values, zakat, and waqf within a community through field observations and document analysis. The findings indicate that the internalization of Hajj values contributes to the development of spiritual dispositions such as sincerity, discipline, and social responsibility. Furthermore, effective management of zakat and waqf plays a significant role in improving economic independence and social welfare at the community level. This study highlights the integrative function of Islamic religious practices and social institutions in fostering spiritual resilience and sustainable community development.
