<![CDATA[The development of information technology encourages local governments to implement a digital system in personnel administration management to improve employee performance. One form of digitalization is the implementation of the Personnel Information System (SIMPEG). This study aims to analyze the influence of SIMPEG on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Indragiri Hilir Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to employees and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of the analysis showed that all indicators in the SIMPEG variable and employee performance had met the criteria of validity and reliability. The R Square value of 0.848 shows that SIMPEG is able to explain 84.8% of the variation in employee performance. Hypothesis testing showed that SIMPEG had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a path coefficient value of 0.921, t-statistic of 40.608, and p-value of 0.000. These findings indicate that the good implementation of SIMPEG is able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of employees' work through more accurate, integrated, and easily accessible management of personnel data. This research is expected to be an evaluation material for local governments in optimizing the implementation of SIMPEG and become a reference for future research related to the digitization of personnel and employee performance.]]>
