Abstract

The lack of lecturer mastery in managing the Online Journal System (OJS) is one of the factors that slows the journal accreditation process. Empowerment of lecturers in the management of OJS aims to increase the role of lecturers as journal managers according to journal accreditation standards. This empowerment method is carried out by means of webinars, workshops, training, and OJS assistance both online and offline. Through workshops, lecturers as journal managers open their mindsets about the importance of managing OJS in accordance with journal accreditation standards, through workshop activities, lecturers are able to design journals and complete journal managers in accordance with accreditation standards, then in training activities, lecturers practice the functions of each manager. OJS and in mentoring activities, lecturers receive assistance for DOI activation, indexation and registration for journal accreditation through the arjuna application. Through lecturer empowerment activities in managing OJS, the number of accredited journals can be increased.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the potential development of religious tourism at the tomb of Sheikh Abdurrahman Siddiq in Teluk Dalam Village, Kuala Indragiri District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, including the process of forming tourism objects, developing tourism objects, and the impact of their development. This research is a qualitative type with a case study strategy. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data by triangulation of data sources and data collection techniques. Analysis of the data using interactive techniques. This study shows that the formation of this tourist attraction stems from the collapse of the Indragiri kingdom. Sheikh Abdurrahman Siddiq, a Mufhti of the Indragiri Kingdom, built a mosque as a means of spreading Islam in the Hidayat area. After he died, he was buried in Teluk Dalam village in the courtyard of the mosque that was built. The tomb is sacred by the community and used as a religious tourism object. Many people visit for pilgrimage. For this reason, development is carried out, including the addition of tourist objects such as the Sheikh Abdurrahman Siddiq Museum and the Mosque to make it more comfortable. In addition, the addition of basic facilities in the form of an entrance gate and a roof to protect the tomb. Complementary facilities are in the form of pilgrim rules and mosques. Supporting facilities include parking lots, canteens, and clothing stores. However, there are several facilities that have not been developed optimally, namely repairing basic facilities in the form of repairing entrances to tombs and mosques. Improvement of complementary facilities in the form of ablution places and toilets. The development of tourist information includes introducing tourism objects to outsiders and to increase tourist visits. This can be done by using brochures, accessing google internet services. This development has a positive impact on the local economy. It can be seen from the growth of various business fields, such as clothing stores, food stalls, street vendors, and entertainment.

Abstract

White Copra is a commodity that is in great demand today, especially in South Asian countries. For this reason, the processing of white copra currently carried out by the Doa Ibu coconut warehouse is only by drying in the hot sun using a tent system for 5 to 7 days, then in the oven for 8 hours until we get a moisture content of 5% to 7%. Research on improving business processes and improving company performance through digitization. One of the reasons for buying and selling transactions in c-commerce is to get additional information about products and be able to negotiate price offers. C-Commerce also has a variety of platforms. Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Line, and Telegram are platforms of c-commerce. WhatsApp has the highest number of users at 140 million with the longest usage time of 30.8 hours per month. The difference lies in some features. The features in WhatsApp Messanger are also found in WhatsApp Business, while the features in WhatsApp Business are not always present in WhatsApp Messanger. WhatsApp Business features that really help sales are business profiles, management of message replies, catalogs, labels, short links, links to facebook and instagram pages, and messaging tools. Kopra Putih menjadi komoditi yang sangat diminati saat ini,terutama negara-negara Asia Selatan. Untuk itu pengolahan Kopra Putih saat ini yang dilakukan oleh gudang kelapa doa ibu hanya dengan menjemur di panas matahari menggunakan sistem tenda selama 5 sampai 7 hari, selanjutnya di oven selama 8 jam sampai kita dapatkan kadar air 5% sampai 7%. Penelitian mengenai adanya peningkatan proses bisnis dan peningkatan kinerja perusahaan melalui digitalisasi. Salah satu alasan melakukan transaksi jual-beli di c-commerce adalah mendapatkan informasi tambahan tentang produk dan dapat melakukan negosiasi penawaran harga. C-Commerce juga memiliki platform yang beragam. Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Line, dan Telegram merupakan platform dari c-commerce. WhatsApp memiliki jumlah pengguna terbanyak sebesar 140 juta dengan waktu penggunaan terlama selama 30,8 jam per bulan. Perbedaannya terletak pada beberapa fitur. Fitur yang ada di WhatsApp Messanger juga terdapat pada WhatsApp Business, sedangkan fitur yang ada di WhatsApp Business tidak selalu ada pada WhatsApp Messanger. Fitur WhatsApp Business yang sangat membantu penjualan adalah profil bisnis, pengelolaan balasan pesan, katalog, label, tautan pendek, tautan ke halaman facebook dan instagram, serta peralatan perpesanan

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the number of quality entrepreneurs, cultivate reliable and superior entrepreneurial spirit, attitudes, behavior and abilities among the community, introduction to the current marketing process, introduction to the marketing process via Google My Business. The expected outputs after community service activities are: 1) increasing the number of quality orders, 2) realizing entrepreneurial ability and stability to produce quality products that consumers need, 3) optimizing existing marketing channels, 4) understanding the marketing process via Google My Business which can increase sales turnover which will have an impact on increasing profits. It is hoped that the Google My Business (Google My Business) material will make it easier for consumers to find Gudang Kelapa Doa Ibu so that product marketing has a wider reach and has an impact on increasing sales. The final result is expected, Gudang Kelapa Doa Ibu users can use the Google My Business application (Google My Business) as a marketing medium for their selling products. In the management of Google My Business (Google My Business), interesting, honest and trusted reviews will be a ranking factor that Google uses to display our business in search results. Therefore, we need to provide quality products and services so that we can get lots of good reviews. That way, our business opportunities appear at the top will be higher. Our positive response to these reviews, will increase the trust of customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the level of education and training, competence on employee placement at Hotel Elite Tembilahan. This research was conducted at Hotel Elite Tembilahan which is located at Jl. H. Arsyad Ahmad No. 2, Tembilahan City, Tembilahan, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau 29214, Indonesia. The population and sample in this study were employees of Hotel Elite Tembilahan, totaling 30 people. The sampling method used by the author is the Saturated Sampling Technique (census). Based on the research results, the regression equation Y = 5.439+0.868X1+0.790X2. Education and training variables affect the Placement of Elite Tembilahan Hotel Employees. Competency variable has an effect on employee placement at Elite Tembilahan Hotel. Based on the F-Test Test that the variables of education and training, competence jointly affect the placement of employees at Hotel Elite Tembilahan

Abstract

The general purpose of this activity is to provide elementary school teachers who are competent in writing scientific papers for teacher professional development. Operationally, the objectives of this activity are: 1) There are skilled teachers who are ready to carry out socialization of various types of teacher professional development; 2) Helping teachers to be able to develop their profession, especially in writing scientific papers resulting from classroom action research (CAR); 3) The development of teachers in doing CAR in the classes they foster; 4) The development of teachers in compiling research reports and scientific journal articles resulting from CAR activities; 5) The publication of articles on the results of CAR activities written by teachers in national scientific journals. To achieve these objectives, training and mentoring methods are used. Material delivery method The training consisted of lecture, question and answer, and discussion methods. Training Results shows that the understanding and mastery of the material on CAR for participants experienced an increase after participating in the training compared to before. At the end of this program activity, 32 teachers successfully completed the task of making classroom action research proposals and were able to create an online submit account for scientific journals.

Abstract

This community engagement aims to provide socialization and training to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, regarding the SPP-IRT (Notification Letter of Household Food Industry) licensing process. Indragiri Hilir Regency, located in Riau Province, Indonesia, has a rapidly growing MSME sector, particularly in the food and beverage production industry. The background of this engagement is based on the challenges faced by MSMEs in Tembilahan District in managing SPP-IRT licenses. Lack of understanding of licensing requirements, complex procedures, and associated costs often hinder MSMEs from obtaining valid licenses. The consequences are limited access to wider markets for MSMEs and the risk of losing consumer trust in their products. To address these issues, this community engagement will provide socialization and training to MSMEs on SPP-IRT licensing requirements and the necessary steps to effectively manage the licensing process. It is expected that with improved understanding and practical guidance provided, MSMEs can enhance their ability to handle licensing procedures, meet established safety and health standards, and gain access to broader markets. The expected outcomes of this community engagement are increased awareness and understanding of SPP-IRT licensing among MSMEs, an increase in the number of MSMEs with valid licenses, and improved product quality. Additionally, it is anticipated that this engagement will contribute to the growth of the MSME sector in Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, as well as local economic development and the welfare of the community.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah tindak kejahatan yang terjadi di kalangan remaja ini menunjukan bahwa anak-anak muda zaman sekarang mengalami permasalahan yang cukup serius dalam kehidupan mereka. Indikasi ketidak cerdasan emosional terlihat dengan munculnya berbagai tindak kejatan yang jelas-jelas mengancam kesuksesan hidup mereka kelak. Dalam hal ini pendidik terutama orang tua dihadapkan pada berbagai kekhawatiran tentang masa depan anak-anak mereka. Kecerdasan Emosional sangat berpengaruh terhadap diri seseorang serta yang lebih menarik lagi ternyata bentuk kecerdasan ini dapat dikembangkan atau dilejitkan dalam diri seseorang, terutama dimulai semenjak dini dimana orangtua berpeluang besar untuk hal tersebut. Pembahasan ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai kontribusi pemikiran dalam memformulasikan paradigma pendidikan yang tidak mengabaikan kecerdasan emosional, Diharapkan pembahasan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan praktis dalam membina dan mengembangkan Kecerdasan emosinal anak didik. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research), dengan langkah-langkah pengumpulan data, menganalisa data dan menarik kesimpulan.
