The use of digital media in primary school education should be directed not only at making learning more engaging but also at fostering meaningful learning experiences by integrating students' social and cultural environments. This study aimed to develop interactive media using Canva that incorporates the local wisdom of Lebak Regency and adopts a "joyful learning" approach to support Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) instruction. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, comprising the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The resulting product is Canva-based interactive media that combines IPAS curriculum content with Lebak Regency's local wisdom through text, images, videos, animations, interactive navigation, quizzes, and enjoyable learning activities. The media underwent expert validation, with results indicating a "highly feasible" rating based on assessments by media, subject matter, and language experts. Product testing involved a one-to-one evaluation with three students, a small-group evaluation with eight students, and a field trial with twenty students. User responses to the media were rated as "excellent," with scores of 94% for the one-to-one stage, 97% for the small-group stage, and 96.88% for the field trial, resulting in an overall average of 95.96%. Effectiveness testing with twenty students showed an increase in average scores from 62.00 in the pre-test to 90.00 in the post-test. The improvement in learning outcomes was reflected by an N-gain score of 0.75 (or 74.99%), placing it in the "high" category. A paired-sample t-test yielded a t-value of 11.717 (p < 0.001), indicating a significant improvement in learning outcomes following the use of the media. The findings demonstrate that integrating Lebak Regency's local wisdom into Canva-based interactive media with a joyful learning orientation can create engaging, contextual, and meaningful learning experiences. The developed media has the potential to serve as a digital learning innovation that not only supports academic achievement but also strengthens student character through the introduction and internalization of local wisdom values.
