Abstract

This research aims to improve the motor skills of elementary school students through locomotor-based learning at SDN 3 Cadasari, Pandeglang Regency. This research is a classroom action research model of Kemmis and Taggart, which consists of 2 cycles. The research subjects were 32 students, consisting of 18 women and 14 men. Data collection uses the checklist observation method. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive techniques. Improving motor skills is said to be successful if the percentage of students' motor skills reaches 70% (criteria for being able to perform locomotor movements). The research results prove that the locomotor-based learning model can improve the gross motor skills of grade 2 elementary school students at SDN 3 Cadasari, Pandeglang Regency. This is proven by the increase in students' motor skills in cycle I for locomotor movements by 45%. In cycle II, locomotor movement increased by 85%. Based on the analysis above, cycle I and cycle II, it can be concluded that the locomotor learning model can improve the motor skills of grade 2 elementary school students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by many things that need to be considered before a coach determines a training method for a sport, especially football. On the other hand, as for the problems that are often faced in the field, based on experience, many parents of athletes have the paradigm that their children must become champions in every competition they participate in without understanding the process their children have to go through. The aim of this research and development is to produce a shooting training model for soccer through games for 13-15 year olds. Apart from that, this research and development was carried out to obtain in-depth information about: the development and application of shooting models in soccer through games for ages 13-15 years and to determine the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness of children towards the models created. The method used in this research is a qualitative and quantitative approach, which is an approach with the aim of finding answers to problems through the formulation of problems that have been formulated. Based on the data obtained, from the results of the research which consisted of expert validation, small group trials and large group trials as well as discussion of the research results, the researcher can draw the conclusion that (1) the model of shooting training in soccer through the playing method for ages 13 -15 years can be developed. (2) Shooting training model in soccer using the playing method that has been developed, obtained data on the effectiveness and results of the training model for ages 13-15 years.

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of ability to pass under volleyball as a starting movement for elementary school students in introducing volleyball. For this reason, this study aims to be able to improve the ability to pass under volleyball by applying exercises to bounce the ball off the wall. The research method used is a quantitative experimental research method with a one group pretest-posttest research design. The population in this study were all elementary school students in Rangkasbitung District and the sample in this study were students who took volleyball extracurricular activities. The instrument used was a test instrument carried out in 16 meetings twice for pretest and posttest. Data analysis techniques using instrument validity tests, analysis prerequisite tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that testing the hypothesis using the t-test, the results obtained were tcount of 15.3 while the value of ttable with a significance level of 0.05 was 2.26. From the results of testing the hypothesis it is known that tcount>ttable (15.3> 2.26), so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that the application of bouncing the ball off the wall exercise has a positive influence on the ability to pass under volleyball in extracurricular students. Based on the results of the study, the results of the posttest bouncing the ball off the wall were higher than the pretest. This is comparable to the score of the lower passing ability, these results indicate that the learning outcomes which are psychomotor abilities play a very important role in the lower passing ability.

Abstract

Building a learning organization can be done by maximizing five models of learning organization systems that are interrelated, namely learning, organization, people, knowledge, and technology. Each of the learning organization's five components actively supports each other to get maximum results, be sustainable, and achieve organizational goals. A strong leader is a leader who always tries to learn and build a learning culture in his organization. In the current era of globalization, the concept of a learning organization is very important to adapt to the dynamic changes of the times. This study aims to analyze the extent to which AB Home Education as an educational institution has implemented the concept of learning organization and applied it in teaching and learning activities. The research method used is qualitative research by conducting interviews and researchers are directly involved as facilitators at AB Home. AB Home Education has applied the concept of learning organization, namely (1) personal mastery, (2) mental models, (3) shared vision, (4) team learning, (5) system thinking through a curriculum that is structured based on community-based education and talents management in education. The curriculum is designed with a composition of 60% activity and 40% academic.

Abstract

An AI-powered system that enables text-based conversational interactions, the Generative Pre-training Transformer (GPT). GPT has various functions, including language translation, providing recommendations, increasing productivity, and assisting in education. The benefits of using GPT in education include personalized learning, accessibility, interactive learning resources, and assistance with assignments and problem solving. However, there are limitations to using GPT Chat, such as its limited understanding, inability to replace creative work, and its tendency to provide inaccurate answers. Additionally, it cannot differentiate between fact and opinion, and requires a stable internet connection. While Chat GPT can be useful for instant data retrieval, summaries, and other research tasks, it should not be relied upon as a replacement for manual research processes. Continuing ongoing research and development is crucial to maximize the benefits of using Chat GPT while overcoming existing challenges.

Abstract

Reading comprehension is a fundamental skill that must be mastered by elementary school students. However, many students still have difficulty in understanding the contents of the reading as a whole. This study aims to analyze the application of the Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review (SQ3R) learning model in improving the reading comprehension of grade III students at SDN 1 Jatimulya. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with grade III teachers and grade III students as research subjects. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification developed by Miles and Hubberman. The results of the study showed that the application of the SQ3R learning method can improve students' reading comprehension. A total of 8 students obtained an average score of 75, which is classified as good. Meanwhile, 6 students still had difficulty in understanding the reading, with a percentage of 42.8%. This difficulty is caused by minimal motivation and interest in reading, difficulty concentrating, limited reading materials owned by students, and inadequate school facilities and infrastructure.
