This research examined the use of Green Technology Plus (GTP) elements and how they influence the climate resilience of rice growers in North Sumatra, Indonesia. Between July and September 2024, a cross-sectional survey was carried out involving 200 rice farmers across Deli Serdang, Serdang Bedagai, and Asahan. Data were collected through structured questionnaires, field observations, and stakeholder interviews, and subsequently analyzed using descriptive statistics, multiple regression, and scenario-based yield assessment. Renewable energy use (45%) and water-efficient management (40%) demonstrated the highest adoption rates, while climate information services (15%) and crop diversification (20%) were implemented less frequently. Infrastructure optimization was the strongest predictor of farmer resilience (β = 0.42, p < 0.001). Subsequently, improvements included water-efficient management, the use of renewable energy, climate information services, organic fertilizers, and crop diversification. The adoption of precision agriculture tools resulted in a positive effect that was not statistically significant (β = 0.10, p = 0.329). Scenario analysis shows that optimizing infrastructure increased simulated rice yields by 14–19%, with the greatest improvements observed during drought conditions. Improving irrigation, drainage, localized climate services, and farmer training is essential to converting GTP adoption into measurable resilience gains.
