This study aimed to analyze differences in the kinematics characteristics of the push pass between national and amateur indoor hockey players. A quantitative comparative design was used. The participants were 10 indoor hockey players, consisting of five national players and five amateur players, selected according to predetermined participation criteria. Data were collected through video recordings of five push-pass trials for each participant and analyzed using Kinovea. The variables examined were stance width, push distance, push time, ball velocity, and passing accuracy. Descriptive statistics were followed by tests of normality and homogeneity and an independent-samples t-test at α = 0.05. The results showed significant differences in push time (p = 0.002) and ball velocity (p = 0.0002), with national players demonstrating shorter push time and higher ball velocity. No significant differences were found in stance width, push distance, or accuracy. These findings indicate that efficiency in push time and ball velocity are key characteristics that distinguish the execution of the push pass between the two groups.
