This study aimed to determine the implementation of the Mastery Learning model assisted by Flipbook media in improving the learning process and learning outcomes in Mathematics among fifth-grade students at SDN 88/II Sungai Mengkuang. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the research design proposed by Arikunto and was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of two meetings involving the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 24 fifth-grade students at SDN 88/II Sungai Mengkuang. Data were collected through observation, learning outcome tests, and documentation. The research instruments consisted of teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, and cognitive learning outcome tests. The results showed that the implementation of the Mastery Learning model assisted by Flipbook media improved both the Mathematics learning process and learning outcomes. In terms of the learning process, teacher performance increased from an average percentage of 50% in Cycle I to 81.25% in Cycle II. Student learning activity also increased from an average of 29.17% in Cycle I to 79.17% in Cycle II. In terms of cognitive learning outcomes, the percentage of students achieving the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP) increased from 41.67%, or 10 students, with an average score of 71.25 in Cycle I to 18 students achieving the KKTP, with an average score of 79.17 in Cycle II. Therefore, the implementation of the Mastery Learning model assisted by Flipbook media can improve the Mathematics learning process and learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 88/II Sungai Mengkuang on the topic of three-dimensional shapes.
