This study aims to identify the factors influencing the low adoption of cashless payment systems among merchants at Aurduri Market. A quantitative approach utilizing Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was employed. Data were collected from 95 active merchants via questionnaires. The results reveal three primary factors contributing to the low usage of cashless payment systems: perceptions of cashless-related constraints, digital financial literacy, and digital infrastructure barriers. Collectively, these three factors explain 52.913% of the data variance. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for considering strategies to increase the adoption of cashless payment systems in traditional markets.
