<![CDATA[In the era of Industry 4.0, science (IPA) learning is expected to strengthen 21st-century skills, including interpersonal intelligence as part of students’ social competence in collaborative scientific work. However, preliminary observations indicated that group work participation remained uneven and students’ interpersonal intelligence had not been optimally trained. This study aimed to analyze students’ interpersonal intelligence, cognitive learning outcomes, and student responses after the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model assisted by Baamboozle on the topic of Biodiversity. This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research subjects consisted of 16 students in the experimental class and 18 students in the control class at a junior high school in Pekanbaru, selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected through cognitive learning outcome tests, interpersonal intelligence questionnaires, student response questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the experimental class’s interpersonal intelligence averaged 85% (high category), higher than the control class’s 75%, and the Mann-Whitney U test showed a significance value of 0.002 (< 0.05), indicating a significant difference in interpersonal intelligence between the two classes. The experimental class’s cognitive learning outcomes achieved an average N-Gain of 0.32 (medium category), while the control class achieved 0.17 (low category). Student responses to the implementation of this learning model reached 90% (very good category), indicating that the TGT cooperative learning model assisted by Baamboozle is effective in training the interpersonal intelligence of junior high school students.]]>
