Critical thinking skills are essential for elementary school students to analyze information, provide logical explanations, draw conclusions, and determine appropriate solutions. This study aimed to develop JEKA (Jenga Kreasi dan Aksi) learning media and determine its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness in improving fifth-grade students’ critical thinking skills in IPAS learning. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The subjects were 40 students in the experimental class, 40 students in the control class, and 10 students in a limited trial. Data were collected through observation, interviews, expert validation, teacher and student response questionnaires, and pretest-posttest tests. The results showed that the JEKA media consisted of 33 Jenga blocks, 33 question cards, a guidebook, a star-point scoring system, and a practical optics kit. The validation results reached 98.89%, categorized as highly feasible. Teacher and student responses reached 100% and 89.60%, respectively, categorized as highly practical. The experimental class obtained an N-Gain of 0.77, while the control class obtained 0.60. The Mann-Whitney U test showed a significance value of <0.001. Therefore, JEKA is feasible, practical, and effective in improving students’ critical thinking skills.
