<![CDATA[This study was motivated by students' incomplete implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH/K3) theory and continued minor work accidents during practicum in the Culinary Program laboratory of SMK Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek, despite OSH material having been taught. This study aimed to describe students' OSH knowledge and work attitude, and to analyze the influence of OSH knowledge on work attitude. This quantitative study used a causal-associative approach. The population consisted of 113 grade X and XI Culinary students, with a sample of 83 students determined through total sampling after 30 students were used for instrument try-out. OSH knowledge was measured with a multiple-choice test, and work attitude with a Likert-scale questionnaire, analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, correlation, simple linear regression, and the coefficient of determination. Results showed OSH knowledge was in the Good category (57.83%), while work attitude was in the Very High category (68.7%). However, the correlation coefficient was 0.175 with a significance of 0.113 (> 0.05) and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.031 (3.1%), meaning OSH knowledge did not significantly influence work attitude. Thus, Ha was rejected and H0 accepted; OSH knowledge is not the dominant factor shaping students' work attitude.]]>
