Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) is one of Indonesia's most important food crops due to its high nutritional value and extensive use in processed food products. However, domestic soybean production remains insufficient to meet national demand, leading to continued dependence on imports. Improving soybean productivity through balanced nutrient management is therefore essential for sustainable agriculture. The integration of bionanofertilizers with NPK fertilizers offers considerable potential to enhance nutrient-use efficiency and crop productivity. This study aimed to determine the optimum combination of bionanofertilizer concentration and NPK fertilizer rate for improving the growth and yield of the Detap-1 soybean variety. The experiment employed a factorial randomized block design with two factors and three replications. The first factor consisted of bionanofertilizer concentrations of 6, 9, and 12 mL L?¹, while the second factor comprised NPK fertilizer rates of 6, 9, and 12 g plant?¹. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test at the 5% significance level. The results showed that the combination of 9 mL L?¹ bionanofertilizer and 9 g plant?¹ NPK fertilizer (B2S2) produced the best growth and yield performance, resulting in a plant height of 63.3 cm, stem diameter of 71.8 mm, 178.2 pods, pod weight of 294.7 g, 423.7 seeds, seed weight of 82.7 g, and 100-seed weight of 24.7 g. These findings indicate that balanced fertilization using bionanofertilizer and NPK fertilizer effectively improves soybean growth and productivity.
