This study examined the effects of school culture and management support on teacher job satisfaction at the Yuppentek Foundation in Tangerang. A quantitative survey design was used with 53 teachers as both the population and sample through saturated sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results showed that school culture had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Management support also had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. The simultaneous test confirmed that school culture and management support jointly had a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. The R Square value of 0.550 indicated that the two independent variables explained 55.0% of the variation in teacher job satisfaction, while the remaining 45.0% was explained by factors outside the model. These findings indicate the need to strengthen school culture and management support consistently to improve teacher job satisfaction.
