This study aims to examine the effects of Person–Organization Fit, Job Crafting, and Work Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior among employees of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Area Kota Indramayu. A quantitative explanatory research design was employed using a survey of 100 employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that Person–Organization Fit, Job Crafting, and Work Engagement each have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Simultaneously, the three independent variables explain 61.7% of the variance in Organizational Citizenship Behavior. These findings emphasize that organizational value congruence, proactive job redesign, and psychological engagement play important roles in fostering extra-role behavior within the banking sector. The study contributes to the development of organizational behavior literature and provides practical implications for human resource management in enhancing employee citizenship behavior
