Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze employee performance development at Join Cosmetics Rantau Prapat from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. This study is a field research using a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The analysis findings indicate that employee performance development at Join Cosmetics is carried out through training, education, coaching, motivational classes, rewards, and optimized promotion to increase sales while competing with competitors. Asset preservation is considered a "dharuriyat" necessity by ensuring the halalness and safety of products in accordance with Islamic law, thereby ensuring transactions are conducted legitimately.
