Human resource management in Islamic banking requires organizational practices that support employee motivation and job satisfaction while remaining consistent with Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the effects of Islamic leadership, Islamic work environment, and work culture on Islamic work motivation and job satisfaction, as well as the mediating role of Islamic work motivation among employees of Bank Sulselbar Syariah Sinjai Branch. This study employed a quantitative associative approach with a cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 32 employees, all of whom were selected using saturated sampling. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.1.1.8. The results show that Islamic leadership, Islamic work environment, and work culture have positive and significant effects on Islamic work motivation and job satisfaction. Islamic work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Mediation testing indicates that Islamic work motivation does not mediate the effect of Islamic leadership on job satisfaction, but it mediates the effects of Islamic work environment and work culture on job satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening Islamic values in leadership, the work environment, and organizational work culture to support employee motivation and job satisfaction.
