Administrative services at village-level Posyandu generally still rely on conventional record keeping due to low digital literacy and limited infrastructure. This condition causes time inefficiency and increases vulnerability to the loss of residents' medical records. This community service program aimed to improve the effectiveness of health administration governance in Kidal Village through implementation of the SAPA Posyandu web application. The program used a six-stage intervention framework consisting of problem identification, system design, baseline measurement, mentoring implementation, comparative intervention evaluation, and preparation of a follow-up plan. The evaluation showed that the system reduced the average medical-recording time from 10.22 minutes to 1.34 minutes per patient, representing an 86.9% reduction. The system also increased cadres' sense of security regarding the risk of data loss. All cadres supported integration of the system into other Posyandu units, indicating good institutional technology acceptance. As a follow-up, the team planned periodic communication with Posyandu cadres and opened opportunities for collaboration with government and Posyandu units at the subdistrict level.
