Educational facilities and infrastructure are essential components in creating a safe, comfortable, and effective learning environment. This study aims to describe the condition and utilisation of educational facilities and infrastructure, identify challenges in their management and maintenance, and analyse development priorities at SDN 1 Kademangan. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed. Data were collected through observations, interviews with the headteacher, facilities managers, and class teachers, as well as documentation. Data analysis involved data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while validity was ensured through source and methodological triangulation. The findings show that SDN 1 Kademangan has adequate basic facilities, including classrooms, a library, health and sanitation facilities, sports facilities, and educational technology. These facilities generally support learning, although their condition and utilisation vary. The library lacks digital services and specialised management, while technological equipment such as computers, projectors, and smart TVs is not evenly distributed and requires improved teacher competence for effective use. The school also lacks sufficient disability-friendly facilities, limiting accessibility for inclusive education. Challenges in facilities management include inventory administration, regular maintenance, and prioritising development within limited resources. The study concludes that the effectiveness of educational facilities depends not only on their availability but also on accessibility, utilisation, user competence, and sustainable management. Therefore, infrastructure development should prioritise improving basic facilities, expanding equitable access to educational technology, optimising library services, enhancing accessibility for all learners, and implementing a systematic maintenance programme to better support the teaching and learning process.
