Rural Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly the Keselet Karya Women Farmer Group (KWT) located in Pringgajurang Utara Village, Montong Gading Sub-district, East Lombok Regency, face serious challenges in marketing their oyster mushroom chips products. Key constraints including the absence of digital branding, limited marketplace literacy, and inadequate business record-keeping systems have significantly hindered their market competitiveness and reach. This community service activity aimed to: (1) enhance KWT members' capacity in digital marketing through social media platforms Instagram; (2) strengthen the brand identity of oyster mushroom chips products; and (3) improve data-based business recording skills. Methods employed included socialization, participatory learning-by-doing training, digital technology application, field mentoring, and sustainability evaluation. Evaluation results demonstrated an average improvement of 52.7% from pre-test to post-test scores across all measured digital marketing knowledge and skill dimensions. KWT products successfully obtained a brand identity, active social media accounts. This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 5 (gender equality), SDG 8 (decent work and economic growth), and SDG 12 (responsible consumption and production).
