<![CDATA[Ternate City is an archipelagic region with significant fishery resource potential. Squid is one of the fishery commodities widely utilized by the local community. However, the utilization of squid by the community and business groups is still dominated by sales in fresh or simply processed forms. This situation results in relatively low product value-added and limitations regarding shelf life and market reach. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to enhance the skills of the Dafala UMKM group in Ternate City in processing squid into an innovative product: squid floss. In addition to improving production skills, the program focuses on packaging development, labeling, branding, calculating production costs, and formulating conventional and digital marketing strategies. The implementation methods include outreach, training, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and guidance on production, packaging, marketing, and evaluation. The expected outcomes of the activity include the availability of high-quality squid floss with attractive packaging and labeling, improved skills among UMKM members, the establishment of simple standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production, and enhanced marketing capabilities within the group. This program is expected to increase the value-added of local fishery commodities and support the development of UMKM based on Ternate City's marine resource potential.]]>
