This community service article reports a go-digital empowerment program for mustahik MSMEs assisted by BAZNAS Madiun City. The program was motivated by low bookkeeping literacy, limited ability to calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), weak digital financial recording, and limited use of online catalogues and cashless payments. The activity aimed to improve business management professionalism, financial transparency, and digital marketing readiness among mustahik MSMEs. The implementation used a Participatory Action Research approach through offline workshops, practical simulations, direct mentoring, installation of simple digital tools, pre-test and post-test evaluation, and peer-support monitoring. The results show improvements in the separation of personal and business cash, COGS calculation ability, digital bookkeeping adoption, online catalogue use, and QRIS readiness. Average monthly revenue was reported to increase by 35%, exceeding the initial target of 20%. The program indicates that gradual, practical, and partnership-based intervention can strengthen mustahik MSME governance and support sustainable productive zakat empowerment.
