Digitalization is one of the efforts that can be made to help MSMEs expand their marketing reach and increase the existence of businesses in the digital environment. However, some MSME actors in rural areas still face limitations in building business identities and utilizing digital media as a means of promotion. This community service activity aims to improve the identity and digital existence of cracker MSMEs in Tlasih Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency through strengthening branding and the use of Google Maps. The method used in this activity is a participatory approach through observation, need identification, mentoring, direct practice (learning by doing), and evaluation. The activity is carried out by involving MSME actors at every stage, starting from identifying business conditions, planning programs, creating banners, to registering business locations on Google Maps. The results of the activity show that MSME actors gain a better understanding of the importance of branding and the use of digital media in supporting business marketing. The activity produces two main outputs, namely banners as promotional media and business visual identity and the availability of MSME locations on Google Maps.
