Rapid technological advancements necessitate that students adapt to the changing times; to this end, Universitas Ma Chung organized a "Career Class" as a community service initiative aimed at transforming high school students' digital literacy—shifting them from passive users to aspiring technology innovators—by introducing concepts such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and block-based programming. The program partnered with SMAK Santo Thomas Aquino Mojokerto and involved students in grades XI and XII. The methodology employed was Experiential Learning, comprising both "unplugged" activities (simulations without computer use) and "plugged" activities (hands-on practice using PictoBlox and Teachable Machine). Results indicated a significant improvement in students' technical understanding, particularly regarding supervised learning mechanisms and model performance analysis (specifically accuracy and confusion matrices). Satisfaction surveys conducted before and after the event yielded an average score of 4.72 out of 5. Furthermore, successfully creating AI models that met an accuracy threshold of over 0.80 (80%) demonstrated the effectiveness of this practical approach in turning students' interest in information technology careers into genuine enthusiasm—a key outcome for Gen Z.
