The implementation of digital learning requires effective leadership strategies to ensure that technology supports meaningful educational practices. This study aims to analyze the principal’s management strategies in supporting the effectiveness of digital learning at SMA Negeri 10 Muaro Jambi. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, the vice principal, teachers, educational staff, and students. The findings reveal that the principal’s strategies involve the functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, particularly in digital infrastructure development, teacher competency improvement, resource management, and academic supervision. However, digital learning implementation remains in a transitional stage due to limited infrastructure, unstable internet access, unequal digital competencies, and funding constraints. The study highlights that successful digital learning transformation depends on the integration of leadership practices, technological resources, and stakeholder collaboration. Strengthening teacher development and sustainable digital management are essential to achieving effective digital learning.
