This article aims to analyze the existence of conventional learning media, the factors that support its sustainability, and its role in the learning process in the digital era. This study uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach through the analysis of various relevant literature. The results of the study show that conventional learning media still plays an important role in creating direct interaction between teachers and students, strengthening interpersonal communication, supporting systematic understanding of concepts, and helping to form character and internalize educational values. The sustainability of conventional media is supported by ease of use, high accessibility, relatively low cost, and not dependent on the internet network. Therefore, conventional media should not be seen as a substitute for digital media, but as a complement that can be integrated to create effective, balanced, and adaptive learning to technological developments.
