Learning outcomes are one of the indicators of success in the learning process. Observations in Grade IV at SDN 04 Terandam showed several problems, including students' lack of focus, limited variation in instructional models and learning media, and low science learning outcomes. This study aimed to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model assisted by Snakes and Ladders media on the science learning outcomes of Grade IV students at SDN 04 Terandam. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The population consisted of 50 Grade IV students, with 26 students in class IV.A as the experimental group and 24 students in class IV.B as the control group. Data were collected using a multiple-choice achievement test. The final instrument consisted of 21 items after item analysis. Descriptive analysis showed that the experimental group obtained a mean score of 85.65, while the control group obtained 76.63. The Shapiro-Wilk test showed normal distributions for the experimental group (Sig. 0.454) and control group (Sig. 0.404). Levene's test indicated homogeneous variance (Sig. 0.519). The Independent Samples t-test produced Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.001 < 0.05, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. The findings indicate that the TGT learning model assisted by Snakes and Ladders media has a significant effect on the science learning outcomes of Grade IV students at SDN 04 Terandam.
