This study examines the implementation of teacher ethics in handling student misconduct through an educative disciplinary approach based on legal protection. The study aims to analyze the implementation of professional teacher ethics in addressing student violations, examine the application of educative and proportional discipline, and analyze the importance of legal protection for teachers in carrying out their professional authority. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using library research. Data were obtained from official documents, regulations, books, and relevant scientific articles concerning teacher professional ethics, student discipline, educational approaches, and legal protection for teachers. Data were analyzed using content analysis by identifying, classifying, interpreting, and synthesizing information according to the focus of the study. The results show that the implementation of teacher ethics in handling student misconduct requires the integration of three dimensions: professional ethics as a moral foundation, a humanistic pedagogical approach as an educational foundation, and legal protection as a structural foundation. The study proposes an Educative Disciplinary Ethics Model Based on Legal Protection, which positions teachers as professional educators who have the authority to enforce discipline while remaining guided by ethical principles, pedagogical considerations, and legal provisions. This model emphasizes that disciplinary actions should be educative, proportional, non-discriminatory, and respectful of students' dignity while providing legal certainty for teachers. The model is expected to contribute to the development of ethical, fair, humane, and legally secure educational management.
