Plastic waste, particularly bottle caps, is a common form of household waste that is rarely reused, resulting in much of it ending up in illegal dumps or being burned in the open in Sarimattin Village. This community service activity aims to provide education and guidance to the community specifically the women of Hamlet II Kresek and members of the Posyandu on how to process used bottle caps into functional and economically valuable keychains. The activity was held on August 12, 2026, involving 17 participants through a descriptive-evaluative approach based on hands-on practice, which included stages of waste management education, demonstrations and practice in making keychains, as well as product creativity development. Evaluation was conducted through participatory observation, the number of products produced, and the participants’ level of understanding. The results showed that participants successfully produced 20 keychains with a comprehension rate of 90%, indicating that an educational approach combined with hands-on practice effectively enhances community knowledge and skills. This activity proved capable of reducing the volume of plastic waste, fostering environmental awareness, and opening opportunities for the development of creative business ventures based on the circular economy in Sarimattin Village.
