This study aims to analyze the effect of project delays and performance on the implementation of a construction project for the Kopassus fence in Kemang District, Bogor Regency, carried out by CV. Samudra Hayati. This research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through direct observation, questionnaires distributed to 20 respondents, and work-related documents as secondary data. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS, including validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and t-test and F-test. The analysis resulted in the regression equation Y = 0.948 + 0.025X1 + 0.129X2, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.423. This indicates that project delays and performance jointly explain 42.3% of the variation in project implementation, while the remaining 57.7% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. The F-test showed that project delays and performance simultaneously had a significant effect on project implementation, with an F-calculated value of 6.228 > F-table value of 3.59 and a significance value of 0.009. Partially, project performance had a significant effect on project implementation, while project delays did not have a significant effect. The findings can serve as an evaluation reference for contractors in improving time control and the efficiency of construction work implementation.
