Abstract

Tingginya tingkat pertumbuhan masyarakat menimbulkan adanya peningkatan kebutuhan untuk menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari, khususnya di bidang transportasi, sarana dan prasarana. Seiring dengan meningkatnya penggunaan moda transportasi menyebabkan bertambahnya mobilitas masyarakat dan mengakibatkan peningkatan kapasitas lalu lintas yang menyebabkan kemacetan. Sebagaimana kasus kemacetan pada simpang BCP (Bekasi Cyber Park) yang terkena dampak dari pembangunan Tol Becakayu Section 2A. Sistem pelayanan sinyal pada simpang tersebut masih menggunakan cara manual searah jarum jam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa, mengevaluasi, dan memodelkan sebagaimana kinerja pada simpang tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengkaji permasalahan ini dengan pedoman Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997 dan pemodelan software PTV VISSIM Student Version, data yang digunakan yaitu volume jam puncak. Hasil analisis kinerja Simpang BCP 2 fase dengan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997 dan melalui pemodelan PTV VISSIM pada kondisi eksisting atau saat pembangunan tol Becakayu, menunjukan tingkat rata-rata pelayanan (LOS_E), Panjang antrian rata-rata (Qlen) sebesar 115 m, dan tundaan simpang (VehDelay) sebesar 52.69 det/skr. Dengan hasil kondisi eksisting tersebut maka sangatlah penting adanya evaluasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja lalu lintas, terkait kondisi simpang BCP dikarenakan kondisi existing saat pembangunan Jl. KH Noer Ali & Jl. Mayor Madmuin Hasibuan masih beroperasi.

Abstract

Fly ash can include toxins from high levels of bottom ash in some circumstances, such as burning of solid waste to generate power (resource recovery facilities or waste-to-energy conversion), and combining fly ash and bottom ash together delivers corresponding quantities of contaminants. Under some conditions, fly ash can be classified as non-hazardous waste, but if it is not blended, it can be classified as hazardous waste. The goal of this research was to find out about the differences between fly and bottom ash, as well as the influence of fly ash on bottom ash in terms of avoiding abrasion. In addition, the study's goal was to see how fly ash affected coconut fiber's resistance to abrasion. This study employed a quantitative technique in which the researcher used primary data sources such as questionnaires and observations, as well as secondary data sources such as prior studies. The findings revealed that fly ash had no effect on bottom ash in terms of avoiding abrasion. Furthermore, it is well known that neither fly ash nor bottom ash are effective against coconut fiber. Fly ash has a coarser texture than bottom ash, according to the findings. The regression test revealed that there was no difference between fly ash and bottom ash, as well as coconut coir, in terms of reducing abrasion

Abstract

The development of the construction industry is changing very quickly. This is evidenced by the many construction projects being built in Indonesia, such as buildings, roads, bridges, etc. However, the delay in the development process is still an obstacle that must be resolved, one of which is the delay in the design process, even according to previous research, the delay based on the shop drawing process is 22%. Therefore, how to overcome delays due to the shop drawing process. Can the process of making shop drawings be more efficient? To minimize delays caused by the shop drawing design, the author will conduct research to create designs using drawing applications. By integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) several image applications which will then be combined with estimation data and project scheduling data. Many of these applications are found on the internet, but the integration applications that I will use include Vico Office for 3D, 4D, and 5D analysis, Sketchup for architectural design, Autodesk Revit for electrical design, Tekla Structure for structural design and SAP 2000 for structure analysis. It can be concluded from this study that time efficiency can be found in making project designs and can minimize delays caused by design and planning by 30% compared to the results of design and planning that do not use the concept of integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Abstract

Analisa tingkat Fasilitas Pedestrian di Pusat Perbelanjaan Kota Sukabumi, kawasan daerah pusat perbelanjaan kota merupakan daerah dengan tingkat permintaan tertinggi, sehingga banyak masyarakat menggunakan fasilitas pejalan kaki. Namun, banyak sekali fasilitas pejalan kaki ini berubah fungsi terutama di daerah pusat perbelanjaan kota sukabumi yang berada di Jalan Ahmad Yani. Maka rumusan masalah yang akan di bahas pada penelitian ini yaitu karakteristik pedestrian dan tingkat fasilitas pedestrian di pusat perbelanjaan kota Sukabumi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi karakteristik pedestrian dan mengidentifikasi tingkat fasilitas pedestrian di pusat perbelanjaan kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penelitian deskriptif. Untuk metode analisisnya menggunakan Metode Greenshield. Teknik pengambilan data untuk mendapatkan identitas pejalan kaki ini menggunakan kuisioner lalu untuk pengambilan data yang mencakup arus, kecepatan, kepadatan, dan ruang digunakan teknik manual dengan setiap 15 menit sekali dilakukan pencatatan. Hasil dari penelitian mendapatkan trotoar didominasi oleh perempuan dengan umur dewasa yang bertujuan berbelanja dipertokoan. Hasil dari model greenshield ini mendapat nilai korelasi r = -0,865 dimana harga r negatif mengartikan bahwa ketika kepadatan bertambah maka kecepatan akan menurun begitupun sebaliknya. Untuk tingkat pelayanan yang mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri nomor 03/PRT/2014. Dimana tingkat pelayanan berdasarkan arus, kecepatan, kepadatan, dan ruang mendapatkan tingkat pelayanan ā€œEā€.

Abstract

Implementasi Sistem Manajemen K3 Saat Pandemi COVID-19 Pada Proyek Pedestrian Dago Kota Sukabumi, Jaminan kesejahteraan dan keamanan spesialis dalam tindakan pembangunan harus dilakukan dengan sungguh- sungguh melalui berbagai pendekatan untuk mengurangi sumber ancaman dengan menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri meski terkadang para pekerja akan berasumsi bahwa hanya akan mengganggu pekerjaan. Karena Virus Corona merupakan pandemi, maka apakah pelaksanaan dan tingkat keberhasilan penerapan Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja pembangunan telah memenuhi pedoman K3 dalam keadaan pandemi virus Corona. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan untuk pengambilan sampel di lapangan dilakukan secara purposive. Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja yang disingkat SMK3 adalah bagian dari sistem manajemen perusahaan secara keseluruhan dalam rangka pengendalian risiko yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan kerja guna terciptanya tempat kerja yang aman, efisien dan produktif. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa secara umum untuk Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) pada proyek pembangunan Dago Kota Sukabumi telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang pada proyek Pedestrian Dago Kota Sukabumi, antara lain kurangnya kesadaran pelaksana proyek akan pentingnya fasilitas untuk pencegahan COVID-19, lokasi proyek yang tidak ditutup sepenuhnya, kurangnya anggaran K3, dan faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mendukung perkembangan suatu daerah diperlukan adanya sarana dan prasarana pendukung, dalam hal ini jalan sebagai pendukung mobilitas dari suatu tempat ke tempat lainnya. Mengingat jalan di daerah Palayangan-Cibodas sudah dalam kondisi harus diperbaiki pada penelitian ini dilakukan survei dan pengujian untuk mengetahui permasalahan pada perkerasan tersebut. Survei yang dilakukan adalah survei traffic counting dan pengujian lendutan dengan alat Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) maka diperlukan metode yang tepat agar menghasilkan tebal perkerasan lentur jalan yang efektif dan efisien, maka penulis akan membandingkan tebal Perkerasan Jalan Palayangan-Cibodas dengan menggunakan Metode Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2017 dan Metode American Associasin of highway and Transportation Official (AASHTO 1993). Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan diperoleh hasil yang berbeda. Faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai CESA Manual Desain 2017 adalah nilai VDF, sedangkan AASHTO 1993 menggunakan alat FWD. Hasil analisis tebal lapis tambah ruas jalan Palayangan-Cibodas KM 1+900-5+000 dengan tingkat kepercayaan 98% melalui pengujian lendutan dengan menggunakan alat FWD metode AASHTO 1993 dengan nilai CESA yang berbeda didapat metode Manual Desain 2017 dengan nilai CESA 151. 479.002 diperoleh 47,42 cm dan AASHTO 1993 dengan nilai CESA 53.641.295 diperoleh 38,74 cm.

Abstract

One of the cities in Indonesia that usually uses motorbike taxis or online motorbike taxi services for transportation is Palembang. Mode selection is the main stage in transportation planning and policy. Urban areas need to provide space for mobility modes and transportation infrastructure because the choice of mode affects how efficiently people can move around. The choice of transport mode is determined by competition between transport modes, which takes into account travel demand and can benefit both private and public transport. Data-based online motorcycle taxi applications facilitate consumer access by making it easier for the general public and students to confirm the driver's identity. Online transportation is becoming increasingly common in big cities like Palembang as the transportation sector develops to better serve people's demand for efficient mobility. This research aims to analyze how travel time and transportation costs can influence the use of online motorcycle taxi transportation in Palembang City. This research uses quantitative descriptive research, this research uses non-probability samples with a purposive approach, namely a technique for determining samples with certain opinions, so the number of samples in this research is 96 people in the city of Palembang who use online motorbike taxi transportation. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, travel time has a significant influence on the use of online motorcycle taxis in Palembang City (0.003 < 0.05), and transportation costs have a significant influence on the use of online motorcycle taxis in Palembang City (0.000 < 0.05). Travel time and transportation costs have a significant influence on the use of online motorcycle taxis in Palembang City (0.000 < 0.05), with a model capability of 70.5%, while the remaining 29.5% of online motorcycle taxi use in Palembang City is influenced by factors others not examined in this study.

Abstract

The increasing number of residents every year causes the need for transportation to also increase, this also occurs on the Sukabumi-Bogor Primary Arterial Road which is a road with a fairly high volume of traffic flow, in addition because the industrial center and tourism sector are located right on the national road, Insufficient geometric roads caused by the increasing number of vehicles is also a factor that affects the high number of traffic accidents along the Cibadak – Bogor Road. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of the accident-prone areas (blackspots) on the Jl. Surya Kencana, Pamuruyan Village, Cibadak District - Jl. Raya Ciutara, Pondok Kaso Landeuh Village, Parungkuda District. The method used in this study is the EAN (Equivalent Accident Number) method and the Cussum (Cumulative Summery) method. From the results of the weighting using the EAN method, it was identified that STA 1, STA 4, STA 5, and STA 6 were blackspots. Meanwhile, the Cussum method identified STA 1, STA 4, STA 5, STA 6, and STA 9 as blackspots. The right type of handling for accident-prone locations from the observations, among others, is making a thunder strip facility close to the zebra cross area to reduce vehicle speed and installing a safety fence on the shoulder of the road so as to minimize road crossings that directly cross the road without using zebra cross facilities.

Abstract

Earthquake disasters have a significant impact, especially on infrastructure, socio-economy, and housing. In August 2018, there were earthquakes in Lombok; the Government then issued a reconstruction policy, especially in the housing sector. In the worst affected areas in North Lombok, the reconstruction process is targeted to be completed in March 2019, but as of February 2020, at least 7,210 houses have not been constructed. Further discussion is needed to determine the delay factors in post-disaster housing reconstruction. A qualitative approach was chosen to emphasize the benefits and information gathering by exploring the phenomenon under study. Seven informants from representatives of the Government, facilitators, and the community were selected to be interviewed regarding the delays. The data analysis used in this study used a descriptive approach by categorizing the results of the interviews according to previous research and experts. Thus, data analysis was found five issues of delay that are closely related to communication and coordination, human resources, materials and supplies, workmanship and quality, and monitoring.
