This study aims to analyze the effect of training and learning agility on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Legislation, both partially and simultaneously. This research employed a quantitative method with a causal relationship approach. The population and sample consisted of 50 employees, with saturated sampling used as the sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS 21 through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that training had no significant partial effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 1.839, which was lower than the t-table value of 2.012, and a significance value of 0.072 > 0.05. Meanwhile, learning agility had a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.247 > 2.012 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, training and learning agility had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an F-value of 44.597 > 3.20 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
