This study was motivated by the importance of human resources in the oil palm plantation sector, particularly harvesting employees who directly contribute to the company's productivity. The main problems identified were the high workload and varying levels of discipline that have the potential to reduce work productivity. The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of workload and discipline on the work productivity of harvesting employees at PTPN IV Regional 1 Tanah Raja Estate. The study employed a quantitative research approach with a population consisting of all 111 harvesting employees. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error, resulting in 86 respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that workload had a significant effect on work productivity (t = 2.830; sig = 0.006 0.05), while discipline did not have a significant effect (t = 0.188; sig = 0.851 0.05). Simultaneously, workload and discipline had a significant effect on productivity (F = 4.632; sig = 0.012 0.05). The R² value of 0.100 indicates that these two variables explained only 10% of the variation in productivity, while the remaining 90% was influenced by other factors.
